Imbued by its corporate philosophy, Coral Bay Nickel Corporation also supports projects under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This is on top of the Social Development and Management Programs (SDMP) that the company implements. Some of the major CSR projects of CBNC include the contribution to the operations of the Leonides S. Virata Memorial School which provides quality education from primary to senior high level, and the RTNFI Hospital which provides free health services to the community. The preservation of local indigenous culture is also given importance with the establishment of the Indigenous Learning System (ILS) and provision of free housing for tribal communities in partnership with Gawad Kalinga. In 2018, CBNC spent Php 280.3 Million for its CSR activities.
