Coral Bay Nickel Corporation is compliant with the provision in the Philippine Mining Act and DENR Administrative Order 2010-21 with regards to the implementation of its SDMP that covers 23 barangays including 38 cultural communities of Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in Bataraza, Palawan. The SDMP for 2019 is the first installment in the 5 -Year SDMP Plan (PHASE IV) of the company.
