Coral Bay Nickel Corporation is one of the world's largest producer of Nickel and Cobalt Mixed Sulfide since its operation in 2005.

Coral Bay Nickel Corporation (CBNC) operates a Hydrometallurgical Processing Plant (HPP) using High-Pressure Acid Leach (HPAL) technology that converts low-grade nickel lateritic ores into nickel and cobalt mixed sulfide (MS). These intermediate products are further refined in Japan to turn into valuable components in the electronics, chemical engineering, and aerospace industries. More importantly, these are used as battery material for electric vehicles, which contributes to the global goal of achieving a low-carbon future.

CBNC is certified with ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. Together with a multipartite monitoring team led by different government agencies and stakeholders, the company continuously adheres to environmental regulations. CBNC also goes beyond compliance for all statutory requirements on occupational safety and health, and supports the growth of its host and neighboring communities through social development and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
